The ford service outlets have no idea how to service the car in case there are some new problems... They experiment at your expense. Both MPL and Chennai Ford. MPL spoilt the paint work and Chennai ford... well have spent almost 50 K on changing different parts and still counting...the car has run around only about 40 K...Not a car to buy considering the serviceability.
