Car Review on Mahindra Scorpio
Also to say the service level is very poor and inefficient and that when i visited the Mahindra Showroom in Santhome --- Opposite All India Radio, I was very sad to see that they do not have the necessary products and that just Bolero is shown there, but not the Scorpio or even the Xylo and also there was nobody to explain the details of a bolero, just they seem to handover a notice about the prices. Nobody is having the capacity to explain about the specifications of the vehicles there even if it is the Bolero.
This type of poor customer service is not acceptable in terms of product marketing. When going for a showroom means then there should be at least one vehicle of each sort like Bolero, Scorpio and Xylo, but this is not available as such so. If Mahindra continues to have such a poor service level then market survival is bleak.
